What is TAOL Training about?

The TAOL Training is about impact ... your impact! It’s about your impact in the world, as a facilitator, a team leader, a manager, a spouse or a parent. It's about leadership. TAOL will teach you the practice of effective leadership in all aspects of your life. This is an opportunity and a challenge to sharpen your skills in how to remain present, awake and aware in any situation, and use that in service of transforming the world around you. This two-day workshop is designed to train you in the same powerful skills used by great actors and directors, and will provide a safe space for you to explore the wild, shy, brilliant, and unknown parts of yourself in order to manifest what is dynamic about you. You can expect your experience to be vigorous, in-the-body learning where you will practice and apply actor-training methods to create your role as a leader and facilitator.

TAOL will teach you:
- How to bring out the Leader in you.
- How to powerfully be YOU at all times.
- How to create presence.
- The 3 Acting Principles of TAOL.
- The 3 Leadership Principles of TAOL.
- Basic acting skills geared towards you as leader/facilitator.

TAOL 2-day workshop: an overview:

Day 1 - Introduction to Acting skills: “Lose your mind, come to your senses”.

Class will be introduced to the 3 Acting Principles and the 3 Leadership Principles. Participants will learn some basic acting skills.

Day 2 Integration - Creating the leader in you.

Class will integrate everything they have learned in Day 1 to create his or her role of Leader. Participants will spend most of the day doing presentations from that leader role.

Target group for TAOL

This highly effective workshop is designed for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and (co-active) coaches who have already done some personal work and want to grow their authenticity. It is a prerequisite that you are willing to ‘go overboard’ in experimenting to discover your true authenticity. We strongly encourage you to come to the course with an OPEN MIND.
